Fabletics names chief design and merchandising officer
El Segundo, California-based Fabletics
In this role, Dugan will be responsible for leading Fabletics’s product creation functions including merchandising, design, and planning. In particular, she is expected to lead the ongoing expansion of Fabletics into a growing number of categories, including its recent expansion into men’s, loungewear and swim. She will work alongside management to support the brand’s continued global growth.

Since launching in 2013, Fabletics has built a community of over 2 million active members. Last month, it announced plans to expand its brick-and-mortar footprint with the opening of 30 new store locations in 2022.
