Martha Stewart hosted a luncheon at her Las Vegas restaurant, The Bedford, on April 28, and got real about her youthful glow. In a chat with InStyle about the event, the 81-year-old shared her secret: self-care.
She doesn’t have an unrealistic routine—in fact, her regimen is pretty attainable (though pricey if you factor in the Clé de Peau skin care).

“I have all organic food,” she revealed. “I don’t diet, necessarily, but I watch what I eat. I do Pilates three times a week with an instructor. I have a massage. I go to a chiropractor.” Movement, she says, is the key.

In her 80s, Stewart has mastered the art of the thirst trap. Her reputation as a sex symbol is iconic and she feels “fantastic” about it.
In recent years she has pushed back against the cultural expectations of what a woman in her 80s should look and act like. Her Instagram is a testament to how full of light her life is, and she’s not changing a single thing.
“It’s a good example for others, actually,” Stewart told the magazine. “I’m a teacher. I’m trying to teach others that you can look great. There’s no reason to slump around.”

Stewart’s sex appeal is unstoppable, and she has the receipts to prove it. Let’s not forget her 2022 Green Mountain coffee ad that featured her sipping coffee in only an apron. Though she got her start as America’s favorite homemaker, Stewart flipped the script and reminds everyone that age is just a number and sex appeal is timeless.
