Spring is officially here, and Eva Longoria marked the occasion with the springiest pastel plaid ever seen.
For an appearance on the Today show on Monday, March 21, the actor and producer wore a beige and light blue plaid ensemble with an off-the-shoulder top—the perfect amount of skin for early-spring weather in NYC—and matching wide-leg, high-waist trousers. During her interview with Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, Longoria added a matching blazer to the look.
Longoria styled the matching set with large hoop earrings, a dainty chain-link necklace, and a watch with a shiny gold band. She wore her dark longs sleek, straight, and parted in the middle. For footwear, she wore neutral pointed-toe heels that matched the neutral tone in the plaid.
As for her makeup, Longoria contrasted her light outfit with a makeup fit for the new season: a sultry but subtle smoky eye with dramatic lashes, rosy cheeks, and a glossy pink lip. See the full look below:
Longoria appeared on Today to promote her new podcast, Connections With Eva Longoria. On Instagram, she described her podcast as a space where “every week, I’ll be connecting with experts in different spaces to teach us how to connect deeper with ourselves. All topics are on the table—spirituality, money, sex, parenting, beauty, and so much more!”
Connections With Eva Longoria is just the latest project for multihyphenate Longoria, who is also an active member of Time’s Up and a director, and is working to bring a women’s soccer team to Los Angeles with Natalie Portman. When in October 2020, she described herself as “a producer and director who fell into acting.”
Of being a boss, Longoria said, “It is like running a microcosm of what government should look like, of what Fortune 500 companies should look like.” Good thing she’s got the perfect wardrobe for the job!
