It seems the reign of the little white dress is not stopping any time soon, and Selena Gomez in this floaty, puffed sleeve frock shows us exactly why that is.
In pics posted to her IG Stories, Gomez wears a romantic, bright white dress with a smocked drawstring bodice, short puffed sleeves, and a gathered tea-length skirt. It’s the kind of dress that looks perfect for stomping grapes for wine in Tuscany or, in Gomez’s case, filming an upcoming season of her HBO cooking show, . In fact, it may be the very same “perfect summer dress” Sofia Richie Grainge modeled in her Vogue video.
Because you can’t see them in either the picture taken from her kitchen or in the mirror selfie she posted, Selena Gomez also uploaded a pic of her white patent leather Christian Louboutin loafers, which were adorned with white patent leather flowers.
With or without the puffed sleeves, head-to-toe white looks continue to dominate these streets, and it doesn’t look like the trend is going to end when summer does. The Christmas decor in Gomez’s kitchen, for instance, seems to indicate that she’s shooting a holiday-themed episode. And I, for one, am taking this to mean that white-on-white ’fits are officially appropriate for winter events.
